According to this guy, it definitely was. He goes into the entire history, and says the patent (and other records) speak for themselves.



He has been banging on about it for years.

I agree with what he says. Far as I can tell, his facts are correct. Much disputed, but correct.

It's not about finger pointing. It's about recognising the problem and acting on a solution.

For me, that is all I am interested in. At the moment it does not seem the problem is recognised.

Once the problem is recognised, collectively, we can work on a solution.
