Surprised? As an ex-teacher and private tutor, my focus was on making youngsters learn. And I learned a long time ago, throwing money at a problem does not necessarily improve it, especially in regard to getting results, making children learn, love learning and getting them to become critical, independent thinkers who can teach themselves.

Bush 2 was the education President who spent the most money on education and he got no results. And few people have been able to figure out why since then.
