What in this world is real then

where men can have babies

and "women" are undefined objects

and there is a deadly disease that one of its symptoms

is no symptoms (and you know the rest about it)

and the Treasury okays all payments to everyone

and an organization set up to help poor people in other countries
is used to topple regime and launder money for a certain political party?
