Afaq Sarwar, HVSFD spread misinformation from day one, not me. They lie about the infamous Phase III study in Europe, a blatant lie that cost investors millions of dollars. The only HVSFD achievement is the split in the price of the stock from $95 to $1.21 (and the highly productive paper printing business).
Vivus has defended their patent several times successfully, HVSFD has no chance of good outcome. The market has spoken. Even Zona is hopeful of their stupid oral "patent", at least they have money to defend it.
Afaq, HVSFD is a nightmare. They should worry about The Liposome Company, the holders and already winners in court (against Nexstar)of the liposome technology.
All HVSFD claims about smaller, non painful, intrameatal (wow, they also discovered a new anatomical part)delivery are not proven, there is no evidence for these claims. The detergent part could be used to clean all the garbage that HVSFD has spread in the internet, with the help of Kostech (100,000 shares payment for what? website development? yeah), that was in part my money (loss about $500 in this scam).
