Now that Trump announced his intention to occupy Gaza and turn it into the MAGA Strip, complete with Trump hotels and Trump casinos with beautiful views of the Mediterranean, do you still believe Trump has any understanding of the Abraham Accords?
When I listened to the president speaking last night, my thought was precisely this: "Fuck, this is the Abraham Accords realized perfectly".

I don't think anyone can really grasp what's going on here without listening to and understanding Lex Friedman #399, an interview with Jared Kushner. And preferably #389 (interview with Netanyahu) in July, 2023.

I think with some effort you can understand what is happening here.

The bottom line is that the old Gaza cannot survive because it cannot be secure, and modern protections required for a modern world did not exist. This plan will allow Gaza to move forward because it will have investment without which it cannot survive.

As to Arabs rejecting this or that, Trump hasn't explained to the Saudis how they will benefit with their "Wall" and new golf league and other modern amenities, by having a secured Gaza versus a Gaza in a chronic state of terrorist war. And for that matter, an Iran funding it.

Bottom line: Trump hasn't sold the plan yet. He just introduced it. Sit tight. This could move quickly.
