You are such a dumbass. ICE has NO legal police powers over a US citizen. None, zipo. If they DO detain a US citizen, they violated that citizens civil rights. Can't you read? What you posted only confirms ICE has been violating civil rights for decades. The question was penalty for detaining a US citizen. Let me show you again so you can maybe grow a brain.
