Jared asked a group of top CEOs in the US -- banks, technology, real estate, etc. -- "What would it take for you to commit to Gaza?

Their answers were, to a person (paraphrasing) -- "Security. We cannot build infrastructure in Gaza unless we know it is secure."

And I think that is correct. They weren't asking for money up front -- they understand they have to invest, but they know they can't invest unless the bombardment stops first.

That takes a commitment, most of all, from Iran. When Iran gets onboard, Egypt & Jordan, etc.
