That's how ma and pa retailer in China has been able to sell in USA. They batch collect a mass shipment and send by air in a container. USPS then sorts it and delivers each one. International Postal agreement. I.E. the seller in China gets super cheap shipping and USPS does all the work getting it to their buyer. Can't do that the other way around.. hence, no/few American sellers in China doing the reverse. One might say, a totally unfair situation, but the Chinese figured it out. It's a wonder this has gone on for years and years.
