Boo, Roger, sorry to sound unfriendly, but unfriendly is
exactly what Intuit has been to me in my talking to them
about Quicken. I was denigrated and ridiculed when I
tried to tell a customer service manager about the regressions
in Quicken 6 over Quicken 5, even though I spent over an
hour talking to the arrogant SOB on my dime.

If there were any way in the world I could reasonably
exit from Quicken and retain my investment in my
recorded data, and the way I benefit from Checkfree
usage, I would do it in an instant.

Maybe I'm the only guy in the known universe that feels
this way, but again I say BOOOOO Quicken and BOOOOO Intuit.

Don't tell me you listen to customers when you blow off
a guy who tries to help with arrogant prattling about how
much you know and how little your customers know.
