curiously, i searched for international ranking of poverty but could not find a rank list comparing
various nations. seems like a new "bug" :), since it used to be easily found online. must be one
of the many artifacts of western oligarchic fictional narrative control.

never the less, seems to me the u.s. should focus on reducing citizen levels of poverty (possibly
between 11-20% of population), rather than f'ng around with "aid" to other countries.
so, yeah, redirect the siphon to create decent employment in the u.s..
