"A majority of Democrats and left-leaning independents say the party needs to undergo significant changes or be overhauled entirely, according to a CNN poll released Sunday.

Further, the Democratic Party has its lowest favorability rating (33%) among Democrats in more than 30 years, according to the survey.

According to the poll, 58% of Democrats and independents who lean left say the party needs changes, up from 34% who said the same after the 2022 midterms. Further, 36% said their party is divided, with 32% saying they feel less a part of the party than a few years ago, according to the survey. Nearly 1 in 5 (18%) Democrats view the party unfavorably, compared to just 10% of Republicans and right-leaning independents who view the Republican Party unfavorably." - CNN
