Jacob....One may only read the tea leaves. The ITS is the only technology which remains deployed more than about 0.5 seconds. VW's request for more rigorous (read: rollover) testing implies use of that technology.

I have no idea whom the second ITS user is. The contract is signed, and the auto company stipulated secrecy, and that it would be the sole announcing party. That is all I know.

Has anyone seen any writeup on the new "VW Bug", which might indicate
an answer ???

In any event, this will be announced and well known by September. We'll just have to wait. I will ask around at the SAE Congress on Tuesday. I'll bet somebody knows. The shareholders are always the last to know !!! <G>
