“The judiciary” is most certainly NOT a co-equal branch of government. Only The Supreme Court is.


The rest of the federal judiciary is “inferior” (the Constitution’s words, not mine) and was created by and exists entirely at the pleasure of Congress. Inferior federal judges who see themselves as equal to the president or Congress are wrong as a matter of both law and fact.
