Well I do not know where this forward split is coming from but the dilution factors are already in place with the Oct 1998 and Oct 1999 prefered A conversion. I would not expect a forward at all. Reality is this is a OTC stock and has a long way to go in price to get to another Arena and theb a long way to go to get to a forward AND a lot of great profitable new to come out before any of this is going to happen. Small floats stand a better chance that ones with 10s of millions of shares. Lets not speculate on what may happen 5 years from now we are doing good just waiting for the next 60 days and what may be about to happen. I do not want hype and excitable glee lets just stick to the DD and that which we can verify. I will be glad when the 8K and the shareholder meeting is done. Some items will be verify in those two events. Please remember we do not want to make a momentum run out of this stock just nice slow investors getting in. No one wants to have a hyped stock.
