They're paying for the letters. If I got a letter from a major law firm and the attorney placed "pronouns" on the letterhead, I would not even take it seriously. I'm not going to try to offend people who have these emotional issues. But at the same time, pushing it on me is not something I'm going to do either. I have never, once, introduced myself as Mr. I-node. Such titles are for other people to judge. Not really a fan of that sort of thing.
