Of course not all USAID is bad. Who said that? The problem is we don't know any more which is bad and which is good. Your party built that. Our party will fix it. But, you're pushed it so far the only way to fix it is to dismantle it. But, rest assured, it will get fixed. It's going to be a long 4 years for some of you.
