At least Tel-Save won't be giving AOL any more of its shareholders money (I would imagine the other $100mm will be spent more wisely):

BN 2/22 Tel-Save Holdings Recommended for Selling Short, Forbes Says

New Hope, Pennsylvania, Feb. 22 (Bloomberg) -- Tel-Save

Holdings Inc. is a good stock to sell short, say analysts, with

one putting its value at $8, a 68 percent decline from current

levels, Forbes magazine said in its ''Streetwalker'' column. Tel-

Save's $100 million exclusive marketing agreement with America

Online Inc. didn't produce the subscriptions it had expected, and

it said it will have to spend another $100 million to advertise.

AT&T Corp. and Qwest Communications International Inc. also have

both begun offering low-cost services to match Tel-Save's price,

the magazine said.

Tel-Save, which provides long-distance telecommunications

services primarily to small and medium-sized businesses

throughout the U.S., rose 2 29/32 to 27 11/16 on Friday.
