That's why the NASD is doing the following with the OTC:BB market. Basically it's become reporting or go to the pink sheets: nasdr.com As far as hype goes, I tag Matty as optimistic, nothing more. Otherchap I leave un-judged(like my opinion matters) until I see the response about his mistake on softbank. Nothing wrong with negative posts, but if the mistake isn't acknowledged, then I would guess he's just another nut.
