Ed, I think Reg s shares are a dirty trick. It's my belief that $250K were sold @$.25 or 1.25 million shares. Not too bad if you're desperate for capital. HOWEVER, I also believe there is an entitlement to the $250K of shares and if the price is driven to $0.02 then the Reg s shareholder would be entitled to 1.25 million X 25/2= 15.6million shares. If you sold them all the way down from say $2 you'd make millions because your purchase price is only $0.02. I don't want to go to jail so I'll make it clear that this is speculation on my part, but semi educated speculation. Talk to your broker for details. My broker is Canadian and isn't much help in this area. JOE
