They're on it one month. The EPA makes direct and indirect loans as well as grants. It's perfectly normal for the agency to fund non-profits to dole out loans. Their projects are in the infrastructure area. It's somewhat unusual that a muckraker so-called focuses on these loans as "climate" projects. There are probably a lot of projects on both coasts to mitigate the effects of warming. on oceanfront properies.
