That aspect was dropped with prejudice, but this perfectly goes into the Qualcomm v. Arm Lawsuit.

Remember Qualcomm is suing arm for anticompetitive practices and fucking with its business

1) ARM decides it wants the Server CPU market
2) Maybe they wanted to buy Nuvia?
3) Qualcomm buys Nuvia they're mad
4) They are behind and need to slow Qualcomm down

5) They file a frivolous lawsuit against Qualcomm
6) Qualcomm takes the safest route and pauses server SoC development and reassigns everyone to Mobile/Compute CPU development
7) ARM internally uses this time to start designing a server SoC
9) ARM sends a letter and leaks it to Bloomberg self-remedying the Qualcomm ALA.
8) ARM gets on the stand and lies that it isn't going to compete with its customers
9) ARM announces its going to compete with its customers
10) ARM now ahead of Qualcomm on Server SoC

How does a jury not see this and award Qualcomm monetary damages?

Arm in 2021 probably decided it was cheaper to pay a bunch of attorneys, get sued and maybe lose, and get ahead of QC on server SoC. Disgusting behavior by that rat fuck Rene
