I guess there is a certain thing called trust. I trust that PR told me accurately. And that the company informed him correctly. I have no reason to doubt them. If you are looking for independent auditors, you won't enjoy the BB's. A few may have them, but very few. Sometimes you have to go with your gut. HNLY isn't using calculations like assigning value to obscure patents, etc. The main book value is in MAGRA stock. And even if all HNLY owned was 15 million shares of Magra, HNLY would be a bargain under $1. So if you want independent auditors, stick to the NYSE or Nasdaq. Its ok to have questions, in fact very healthy. But doubts can be taken to an extreme.
