Kerry I am now and will continue to be a significant shareholder in Brocade. I left because I didn't agree with the management team on several issues. As to an IPO, I would certainly hope they get to an IPO since there are investors with over $35M invested who want to get their money out. Their FC-AL product not withstanding they tend to build good boxes and on time. Roy
