At this time EUTO even though public they are not reporting. If and when they become reporting they will have to tell us (shareholders) the status on those 50 million shares. If it hurts the share price so be it. The issue is to important not to have news one way or another.

If and when they become reporting, I as a shareholder will demand that this question be answered. Why would they have to answer? Every company which considers themselves legitimate and an entity for public capital has to keep said investors informed of relevant issues to their companies stock price. Can anyone think of a more relevant issue in the future of this company. Or an issue that would effect the stock prices up or downward movement.

I have a friend who is becoming a good friend as time passes...who works for a top three investment/broker firm. Once Euto becomes reporting....I hope to have the bases for a plan of action for the shareholders of EUTRO to demand for the truth in the 50 million debacle.....if it has not been settled by the date in question.

If the question is not answered...we as shareholders and from past accounts major shareholders in this company have the right and the power to oust Sr. administration.

This is only a thought...but it is possible and rationale. I will call the transfer agent tomorrow to find out the current float number.
I think it is fair to expect that the preferred shares and company shares should be all retired by now.
