Gary: Keep the debate going? on the ASND/CIEN merge (it past thru my mind). I think the fit is financially difficult (but it didn't stop WCOM) but strategically desirable. OTOH, I believe LU will announce the purchase of ASND in the Jul/Aug time frame. Always conjecturing, Ron
