The Apprentice was a total con job, from beginning to end.
The Apprentice was pure entertainment. I know because I was a fan of it for the first few seasons.

I was also following the life of The Apprentice's first winner, Bill Rancic, because he ended up marrying a high school classmate of mine.

Bill's reward as the winner of The Apprentice was being made the head of the Trump Tower in Chicago, which is close to Bill's hometown. But as you could guess, Bill didn't end up doing all that much, and after one year, he left to do other TV projects with his celebrity wife.

In any case, The Apprentice was to running a business like Survivor was to actual wilderness survival.

Or MAGA is to governing a superpower.
