A couple of things.
Humanity is susceptible to forces that can destroy it. Those forces influence all of us. If anyone is doubt, they pick can up a bible and glance through it, one of several sources on the same subject. Not all of them of a religious nature.
So really bad things do happen. There have been a very large number of genocides, and the one that happened in Germany before and during WW2 was very real. There is no doubt about that in my mind. One of my friends is the son of a WW2 refugee and I have met all of his family, and their history is a matter of public record. If some guy cannot figure out how the Nazi's did some horrific act, they should investigate some more rather then just declare a "hoax". Soon, unless you had the latest mobile phone gizmo at the time, people wont believe whatever happened was real. That is how susceptible we are! Very fuggin scary!!!
Hitler did his best for Germany, as he saw it, and until his doctor turned him into a drug addled lunatic. Yes, the historical record, both real and the "propaganda" is approximately accurate. The condition of the death camps were so bad is was dangerous to go anywhere near them because of contagious diseases. There are some really awful stories, just from the forces that relieved those places.
The threat from Nazi Germany, both from within and without the UK is truly astonishing. Yes we had plenty of Nazis within the UK during the 1930's. It's easy to see how we survived after the event, but waking up one day and being told we were at war with Germany must of been a difficult day to stay positive. See my profile for video of Spike Milligan (I have all his WW2 books) who relates the experience.... post WW2 of course when you can laugh about it. In the audience is a German who took some pot shots at Spike during WW2.
The German economic "miracle" was indeed just that. Very worthy of investigation, many of the national policies were inspired to help the nation recover from the WW1 disaster. Investigated with an unbiased eye too. I have posted on the subject.
This guy is worthy of some investigation too.
