Doubtful they would flood those mines are owned by Iron Mountain, a record storage company listed on NYSE as IRM. When I worked for Intel we sent our backup tapes off to their storage facilities to preserve CPU designs for possible future litigation. Flooding potential would be a very bad business model if true.
