Nope

We increase the pitch which increases the angle of attack to maintain lift as the aircraft slows down to just above a stall at main wheel touchdown.

The goal is to land at the lowest possible speed while maintaining directional control.

Crosswind landing require higher airspeeds to maintain directional control.

In that case we fly the aircraft to landings at speeds significantly higher than stall at touchdown.
