Russia was guaranteed the Ukraine would not join NATO. They went back on their word. The USA was in on it. 2 us agents told China. China told pootin. Biden thought he could bluff pootin by saying "don't".. Laid back as pootin built up. Biden could have called pootin, zel and NATO and stopped it. The rest is history. Hundreds of thousands dead.
