The leftist dark money group Arabella Advisors – have used their billion-dollar war chest to lobby USAID for years.

There’s little clarity what the two leading groups backing Democrat causes and candidates were fighting for, but they wanted to expand “USAID operating expenses accounts” and increase “funding for development assistance."

Was this all a scheme to enrich their swampy donors (which include USAID grant recipients)?
