I agree Pogeu. John Campbell is self testing D3 now and discovered he is quite low on D3 in his system with that kind of supplementation (4-8K iu per day). He is in England and does not see the sun much, but it likely applies to many people in the northern states.

I think the caveat on all discussions of D3 is that the 'Public Heath Standard' is a disservice to the people of the world. Taking 20K or 30K per day will not cause harm in the average person, and will likely make ones life heathier and happier. Additional supplementation with Magnesium, K3, C, will also help one utilize D3.

The current 'Public Health Standard' is still homicidal and responsible for much illness and many deaths.

I posted that info unaltered. The main points I was interested in were the different types of D, their derivation, and their role in the utilization of D3. It is interesting that they have outlawed the distribution of the most basic cellular level D3. One can not buy it in most places throughout the world. The reasoning is that only Medical personnel are qualified to prescribe it. Yet they are the worst group at understanding what is going on. It is just another step in the institutionalized euthanasia in the Medical World.
