Gateway is a terrible source. Clickbait headlines that contradict their own stories. In this case, the headline of the story you linked says Trump has already made the move, but the story says he's just thinking about it.

Here's a Fox story that contains a clip of what Trump actually said on Friday.

Just for the record, Fox sucks too, but it's the first source that came up with a clip for me on X.
