Currently experiencing ulnar entrapment pain in my right ring finger from mouse and keyboard overuse. This happens on rare occasion, but this episode appears that it will take some doing. I'm using my left hand for this post.

I use icing techniques I found here about 12 years ago when I had my first and more severe episode. The numbness in the outside of my left (dominant) hand didn't go away for quite a few days. How to Reduce Inflammation, Natural Inflammation Reducer (My comment from back then is still on the page.)

This is when I really want bromelain, along with B6, as I believe they both help. I'll try to avoid Advil.

This item might be the most crucial for recovery - an elbow brace while sleeping because crooking the elbow will exacerbate the symptoms and prolong the problem.
