A massive decline is coming. It is going to get real scary and there will be very limited options to hide. I am thinking in terms of a tornado in the financial markets, an avalanche of selling. It is going to get downright scary.

When do I think all of this is going to begin: in a month or two. I am looking at mid 3000s on SPX, a likely decade long secular bear.

Typically, a 10%-15% decline short term and then a strong rebound rally that fails to make a new high and then the shoe drops, the cascade of selling begins.

Everything is beginning to fall into place for the huge leg down.

This is going to be tragic.

I cannot remember the last I was this bearish.
