Agreed. Never a better time to do great things than when matters are in a complete state of disarray...<g> Resistance to innovation is usually considerably lower! I've talked to a couple of their folks in the past in a previous life, and I hope they take some of my suggestions to heart. The one critical flaw in their business model, IMHO, that they need to address, is the lack of a (significant) indirect implementation channel. BASEA needs to be in the software business, not the integration and services business. This has been the #1 cause of failure of software companies in this space (failure to "break out" of the $10-30 million range, and failure to achieve software-level profits and margins, not necessarily business failure). I believe this is one of the keys to achieving the type of growth in revenues and profitability that would enhance shareholder value, which is all we care about, correct? <g> Cheers! - Rick
