A couple of duds..."High Desert" on Apple TV had very mixed reviews but a strong cast. As my wife put it, we kept hoping it would get better. They were more interested in showing how the main character was completely out of control than building a premise for the "novice turns PI" genre.

"A Tree On A Hill" tried really hard to be a Welsh "Fargo" but forgot that the latter's charm came from the goofy characters remaining likable even in their bad moments. This cast was not remotely likable or curiously quaint. Just a pain.
