Interesting you mention Unilever because I'm interested all of a sudden:

Unilever CEO Schumacher to step down after less than two years in the job

Great brands and the new CEO's (ex-CFO) been at the company for 37yrs. If anyone can drive value there, it'll be him. Shares are hardly cheap, but I'm going to watch it very closely. If management even give an inkling that the shares are cheap (i.e increased buybacks/ admission that brands were mismanaged), I'll probably start to buy shares.

Don't usually like ex-CFOs but he's gone from production costs analyst to marketing manager to VP Hair Care to President Beauty and Wellbeing to CFO to CEO. Fingers crossed, he knows how to run the whole company. My judgement seems to initially think so.
