Apologies for popping in to just ask for random advice, but, a friend asked if I would ask smart investor's in SAVA(stop laughing) if they were thinking of joining one of the lawsuits, and if yes, is there one firm over another that is better? Does that even matter? My initial reaction to him was that my feeling amongst this core group, is, it is ambulance-chasing, likely fruitless, etc. I tend to agree, but for no particular reason other than cynicism. Having said that, with SAVA, it certainly seems they were not as prudent and forthcoming as they purported, and that $40MM to the SEC all seems legit to be at least curious about a little payback, even a little.
I know this is a giant question, so a general opinion is fine, just feeling it out as I said I would. I lost my ass, but I knew it was possible, and IMMU was a nightmare come true.(see what I did there)
