I have been doing something I call confibrillation daily for many years. My basis was learning heart failure is the #1 cause of death in the US. I started with the Fitbit and am now using the Apple Watch.

HIIT or high intensity interval training is often touted as the best or among the best types of exercising. My own version is High Cardio Interval Training, or M(medium)CIT or LCT(low cardio training). The numbers for each are a bit arbitrary but I use 100 +/-(low), 125 +/-(medium) and 140 +/- (high).

I can't actually control the number but can control the direction and pay close attention to the time of recovery or time of acceleration.
