Todd,
My sense of that goes back to last May, when they spun off the division. I don't have the time to go back to that time, and reread the original release, but perhaps later on today or tomorrow, I will try to find it on QNTM's web site. Where is TechMeister when you really need him? I wish I knew what their problems are (or maybe I don't--maybe their employees were spending too much time Web surfing to get anything done!).
