Due to candle sloppiness across the top, the best I can find for a NDX target line-like construct has price at a level roughly equivalent to a signal line.
The choice was made out of the symmetry with the t' line placement.
It's not as drastic a drop to reach it as with the Dow or S&P.
If reached, there would be potential to crash through it. Otherwise, if the wheels are coming off the cart, I wouldn't be surprised if it became sticky.
