Ken:

The new NVID sounds like the old NVID to me. ". . . negotiating in the best interest of all shareholders to formalize a going forward agreement"; going forward with what? They have no product or service to offer to generate any income. The company is not a viable entity and never has been. It has simply existed on stolen money. Hopefully, the Court and the SEC will give whatever is left back to the shareholders and end this fiasco for good. Incidentally, did anyone notice in NVID's press release of Friday they now talk about "a new ionization technology." What happened to their other ionization technology? Could this be the start of a new hype campaign? As for Axen, I think if anyone reads the SEC's allegations in the civil suit, they will fully realize what a hoax this has been.

I hope to see you in the courtroom.
