for the uninformed....

The president has minimal impact on the economy. Especially Clinton..basically he know jack about it....just whatever his aides tell him to say. In my opinion, it seems that Alan and Co. call the economic shots around here

the economy has its own mind....if you look back at macroeconomics, and see economic cycles (barring wars), it doesnt matter who the president is, the cycle continues and comes around every ten yrs or so. Presidents introduce economic plans, but seldom are they put wholly into place. Carter was at the tail end of a economic boon, Reagan at the ground floor of growth thru its high point (yes helped by the end of the cold war to an extent) . Bush saw the down cycle as well as signs of recovery toward the end of his term, Clinton is at the right place at the right time, the economic growth was trending up...A blind chimp could have been president and that would have continued....But what does it speak of him when he is constantly tangled in scandal? quite embarassing.

I'd rather have an Iran Contra scandal over adultery and infidelity compromises anyday. Iran Contra wasnt embarassing to us...it was business.....Clinton sneaking around with woman is an insult to the office of the president.

But of course you think your right and your entitled to it...but take a look at the grand scheme of things....Why does our foreign policy suck to a point where we cant even get our own allies to join with us against iraq? Reagan and Bush NEVER had a problem gaining support for their foreign agendas....

The answer is because you put in a governor of the "great" state of Arkansas into office who has absolutely no clue what goes on abroad among being clueless about other things....He must have the worlds greatest PR Firm working for him.

Also, dont you get the impression that he never answers a question with a straight answer? well I guess is because he probably doesnt know many answers. I hope that they can prove cut and dry that he had relations with jones and monica.... I can see it now at the summits....all of the world's leaders looking at him, quietly laughing at him behind his back saying what an embarassment he is to the American People....
Oh let me guess, you must be a Democrat....well that says a lot.
