2nd highest QQQ put buying spike ever. The highest looks like it was in late 2023 - a major low.
Big Q: Is this a sign of a major low? Or, even a meaningful temporary low? OR, is it different this time - and it’s a sign of markets breaking down?

Below is a somewhat related chart from a couple of days ago. One of the highest spikes in negative sentiment ever. (Apparently, the way this indicator is constructed is proprietary).
