Actually Bonefish, I now believe that this was indeed a pure setup on the part of Trump and JD. From the moment Zelensky arrived, Trump started making jabs at how Zelensky was dressed. That started Trump's whole "alpha dog" routine, which continued live on cameras. Trump and JD KNEW that they were live. They WANTED the whole world to see who was "holding all the cards," as Trump so arrogantly put it. But just like everything else these two clowns do, it backfired on them, and the only people who approve of what Trump just did were MAGA cultists and PooTin cucks. All he knows is keep the war going. Again, you're repeating disinformation. Zelensky cares about one thing and one thing only: The long-term sovereignty and security of Ukraine. He even offered to resign if he could get guarantees thereof. Minerals? That "sweet sweet rare earths"? Zelensky doesn't give a shit about that.
