Hubert or Anybody can you call (or post the SEC phone #) for somebody who has a fax in order to have the S-8 faxed to you for publishing to the crowd. It would be nice for somebody who could possibly scan and load for us to read. I posted on the other thread (Linda's) looking for this information and it will answer your questions Hubert. >>"Who are these people? How many shares did THEY receive? Is this detailed in either the 10K or 10Q's that were released? Is there a "gag" clause in the settlements?"<< BTW I don't think it ends up in the 10K or 10Q except as outstanding shares once they are outstanding, but I am not 100% sure as to the status for potential shares via the S-8 that may not have been acquired yet by the party to either get them or pay for them.
