Were your puts for Feb. experation?

If your puts were for experation in Feb., then option experation would have been friday (20th). Most brokerage firms will protect their clients by automatically exercising positions that are a half or 3/4 point in the money.

If your option was not for Feb. exp. then your broker has no right to exer. without your permission.
