I can not tell you if they have the money from the Debenture, but I can tell you that they bought or are going to buy 60% of Wizzard Software. The Voicemail is real, and is sold through on-line services.

I would hold your stock for a while any how. Forget the Voicemail stuff, if they get their $$$$ then they should be able to manufacture. That and only that is when this puppy will return equity to the investors. It Sound like this should happen very soon.

Remember, only my thoughts I really don't know sh^%$^.
