BellSouth, Cisco In Corp. Internet/Intranet Dial Access Pact

ATLANTA (Dow Jones)--BellSouth Corp. (BLS) and Cisco Systems Inc.
(CSCO) signed a deal to deliver enhanced dial Internet and intranet access
to corporate customers throughout the Southeast.

Financial terms weren't disclosed.

In a press release Monday, BellSouth said under the one-year agreement,
effective immediately, it will use will use Cisco dial access servers in its
BellSouth.net dialup network, and Cisco will market BellSouth's remote
communications solution.
